Agreement

These terms govern use of RightlyD.one Events (also called RDE) and related services operated by Executive Technical Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”). Website: https://exectechconsult.com. By using the service, your organization agrees to these terms.

The service

RightlyD.one Events helps churches and community organizations coordinate events, projects, milestones, and volunteer leadership. It is a product of Executive Technical Consulting LLC. Features may include integrations with third-party systems (for example Planning Center) that your organization chooses to connect.

Accounts and responsibilities

• Your organization is responsible for who has access and for the accuracy of contact data.
• Administrators must only enable SMS for people who have agreed to receive operational texts.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited marketing messages.

Email and SMS notifications

When enabled, we may send operational email and/or SMS to designated leaders based on milestone reminder schedules and each contact’s communication preference in the app.

• Message frequency varies with event and milestone activity.
• Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
• Recipients can opt out of SMS by texting STOP to the sending number, or by asking an administrator to change their preference (or setting preference to exclude Text in the app when available).
• Text HELP for help information where supported by the messaging provider.

Third-party services

Messaging, hosting, and integration providers process data solely to operate the service. Their terms may also apply to deliveries they perform on our behalf.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
