Executive Technical Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”) operates RightlyD.one Events (also called RDE) and related services for churches and community organizations. Website: https://exectechconsult.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use RightlyD.one Events, we may process:
- Account details (username, display name, role)
- Contact details used for event operations (name, email, phone)
- Event, project, milestone, and reminder data you enter
- Optional integration data from services you connect (for example Planning Center)
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service
How we use information
- Provide and improve RightlyD.one Events features
- Send operational notifications you configure (email and/or SMS)
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Meet legal and security obligations
SMS and email notifications
If your organization enables notifications, we may send operational email and/or SMS to designated leaders based on reminder schedules and each contact’s communication preference in RightlyD.one Events (RDE). We do not sell mobile phone numbers. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver messages your organization configures (and by infrastructure providers such as email/SMS gateways that send those messages on our behalf as processors).
Message frequency varies with event and milestone activity. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can opt out of SMS by texting STOP to the sending number, by updating your communication preference in the app (when available), or by contacting your organization administrator. Sharing
We use infrastructure and messaging providers (for example cloud hosting, email, and SMS) solely to operate the service. We do not sell personal information. Church customer data is processed for that customer’s operations under their instructions.
Retention
We retain information while an account or customer relationship is active and as needed for security, backups, and legal requirements.
Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access-controlled backends. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
RightlyD.one Events is intended for organizational use by adults. It is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
Contact your organization administrator or use our contact form to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we publish revisions at this URL.
